    簡介：為培養必落實「立足台灣，認識歐洲，放眼世界」之精英人才視野與胸襟，配合教育部建立多元彈性等。回流教育體系，強化在職進修功能，以建構終身學習社會，加強院（校）內各系所相關資源整合，提昇學校整體資源使用效益前提下，特規劃管理。自 95 學年度起分德文、西班牙文、法文三組招生；碩士在職專班自 95 學年度起招生。
