    Abstract: 在迴歸分析中選擇「最佳」變數, 當模式中之變數太多時, 使用所有可能迴歸法(all possible regressions), 往往因子集個數太多在計算上可能相當不經濟。本文為結合Hocking 和Leslie( 一九六七 )及Newton和Spurrell( 一九六七a)所提之兩個方法, 使得所須計算迴歸方程式之個數減少。
