Title:	偏差樣本對區間估計的影響

Abstract:	在實務上，由於經費的限制和其他客觀條件的考量下，使得在某些調查中，其樣本通常不是由所要調查的母體A 中隨機抽樣，而是由其子群體A1隨機抽樣，例如：利用電話訪問調查，係以電話號碼作為抽樣的依據，依七十九年主計處統計結果，台灣地區目前電話普及率為92% ，在此一比率下，進行電話調，查以估計變數Y 的母體平均數μ所產生的估計誤差為何，將在本文中有詳細介紹。以從子群體A1抽樣得到之樣本，估計母體A 之參數為一偏差估計，此樣本稱為偏差樣本；以從母體A 中抽樣得到之樣本，估計母體A 之參數為一不偏估計，此樣本稱為不偏樣本。因不偏抽樣所需花費成本往往較偏差抽樣高出許多，故本文主要的目的在探討偏差抽樣與不偏抽樣對母體平均數作推估時，其精確度與偏差之變動情形，同時亦探討在固定成本下，如何在精確度與偏差間作一衡量，以得到最有效率之抽樣設計。
