    Abstract: 台灣原住民族各族中，排灣族擁有獨特的社會制度與豐富的文化藝術，在這樣的傳統文化背景之下，排灣族具有強烈的族群意識與內聚力。因此，部落的完整性與傳統文飾、雕刻藝術等，仍在部落裡滋生孕育，生生不息的流傳著。本論文所作的田野調查與紀錄，可以說是筆者從小就很熟悉的生活環境，但數次的變遷，已使部落喪失其原有的特質，所以本論文試圖以排灣族獨特Vetsik文化的演進，來啟開對七佳部落的歷史、生活與文化變遷的探討。
