    Abstract: 本計畫為期三年,以富勒所開啟的社會交往法律理論及其發展脈絡為中心,批判並再建構自發性法律規制模式,並將該模式試行於資訊隱私權規制之上。第一年的工作以闡明富勒的法律思想為主; 第二年的計畫整理近幾年資訊隱私權的法理研究,並掌握新興科技對資訊隱私所造成的挑戰; 第三年以富勒的社會法律理論脈絡批判並重建自發性法律理論,並整合資訊隱私權法理研究成果後,針對資訊隱私之規制提出建設性規劃。
