| Abstract: | 本研究以台資企業發展海外市場之現金管理及貿易融資服務策略為主題，探討企業如何在外部環境的變動中應對挑戰並提升競爭力。台資企業的海外布局主要受到整體營運策略、當地市場潛力及客戶需求的驅動。同時，融資成本的上升與資金獲取困難成為企業面臨的重要挑戰。地緣政治及宏觀經濟衝擊推動供應鏈由集中化向多元化轉變，而現金管理與貿易融資服務成為企業提升韌性與效率的核心工具。
銀行的現金管理服務在優化資金運營、降低風險及支持國際化發展方面發揮了重要作用。典型服務包括資金集中管理、多幣別結算、自動化支付與收款等，幫助企業提升資金流效率並實現全球資金整合。貿易融資服務則通過信用狀、應收帳款融資、供應鏈融資等產品，降低企業交易風險並支持供應鏈穩定運作。案例研究顯示，銀行在這些服務中提供了靈活的解決方案。
研究結論認為，台資企業應靈活運用銀行提供的現金管理與貿易融資工具，應對供應鏈變革帶來的挑戰。同時，結合數位化技術與全球合作，將幫助企業實現韌性與效率的平衡，並在國際市場中保持競爭優勢。
This study focuses on the strategies of cash management and trade financing services for Taiwanese enterprises expanding into overseas markets. It explores how businesses address challenges arising from changes in the external environment while enhancing competitiveness. The overseas expansion of Taiwanese enterprises is primarily driven by overall operational strategies, local market potential, and customer demand. However, rising financing costs and difficulties in capital acquisition have become significant challenges for enterprises. Geopolitical and macroeconomic disruptions have propelled supply chains from centralization to diversification, positioning cash management and trade financing services as critical tools for enhancing resilience and efficiency.
Bank-provided cash management services play a vital role in optimizing capital operations, reducing risks, and supporting internationalization. Typical services include cash pooling, multi-currency settlements, automated payment, and collection systems, all of which improve cash flow efficiency and enable global capital integration. Trade financing services, through instruments such as letters of credit, accounts receivable financing, and supply chain financing, mitigate transaction risks and support supply chain stability. Case studies demonstrate that banks offer flexible solutions through these services.
The study concludes that Taiwanese enterprises should strategically leverage bank-provided cash management and trade financing tools to address the challenges posed by supply chain transformations. Furthermore, integrating digital technologies and global cooperation can help businesses balance resilience and efficiency, ensuring competitiveness in the international market. |
