    Abstract: 新興旅遊平台的崛起,瓜分原有之傳統旅遊業者之市場,面臨此嚴峻挑戰,
    傳統旅遊業者需如何透過轉型以維持其競爭力。旅遊產業正面臨去中間化的階
    段,傳統旅遊業者如何重新再中間化,透過結盟方式整合內外部關鍵資源,或是
    與新興旅遊平台進行合作,以建立其競爭優勢。
    本研究以雄獅旅遊作為個案分析及探討,運用產業變動十大構面,分析雄獅
    旅遊在面臨產業快速變動的情形之下,如何整合內部資源,包含跨部門合作進行
    經驗及資源交流、跨事業單位合作、以及建立外部連結,例如與科技公司結盟打
    造LION BUBBOE TOUR APP、與元件供應商合作建立目的地旅遊平台等,試圖
    打造價值鏈生態系以鞏固雄獅旅遊在市場上的地位以及市占份額。
    本文獻於第五章提供未來之建議,透過「結盟平台發展旅遊生態系之可能性」
    說明如何透過結盟化及打群體戰方式,運用科技力整合多方資源以因應瞬息萬變
    的旅遊產業。
