Abstract:	「教學及評量改進班」是台北市政府教育局現階段對國小教育改革嘗試的一部份。以除去影響教師教學品質的環境因素為起點，希望教師能在小班制教學的環境下，積極發展教師專業自主權，使教學生動、評量多元，並透過鼓勵家長參與學校教育，使學生發揮潛能、快樂自主的學習。研究者自民國八十三年底起，參與這個實驗班，從參與之中和相關人員建立關係、觀察、記錄、訪談中累積豐富的質化資料，並從中逐漸釐清研究問題、建構出本研究之概念分析架構。最後以問卷調查法蒐集實證資料，以驗證各項假設。
