    摘要:   本論文主要探索日本企業於泡沫經濟崩潰後, 因應內外在環境劇烈而且快速的變化所做之組織調整。再加上全球化、資訊化、無國界化、客戶化時代的來臨,九O年代的日本式經營模式,正進行大幅的調整,跳脫出傳統的經營模式與思考架構,而且變革的速度愈來愈快,企業的競合也產生超乎傳統的變化,企業內講求的是既集中又分散的組織型態,追求的是高附加價值的服務,從經營理念、經營體系、組織架構到生產策略的部署及科技能力的提昇,顯示日本企業正朝追求一個更富應變力與適應力的組織發展。
    The present study aims to investigate the major trends in Japanese organizational change for economic recession in the `post-bubble` 1990s.
