Abstract:	傳播全球化的趨勢、視聽新媒體的發展以及受眾習慣的變化,構建了新的傳播格局,對廣播電視宣傳管理工作提出了新要求。在新形勢下,廣播電視能否把握主陣地和主動權,關鍵要看其對宣傳管理體制和運行管理機制的創新力度,而創新的前提,則是要認識傳播環境的變化,明確新形勢下的新任務,通過探索出符合自身實際的宣傳管理模式,實現科學、規范、高效管理。
