    Title: 導入員工協助方案對人才留任之研究-以T網路公司為例

    Abstract: 企業為能提高公司之營運成效與人力應用及改善組織工作氣氛等管理,將藉由對員工提供援助與福利、培訓、問題諮詢,甚至協助解決家庭問題等項目,提高員工對企業的向心力,而這樣的機制則稱之為員工協助方案(Employee Assistance Program;簡稱EAP)。簡而言之,EAP是企業用於管理和解決員工個人問題,從而提高員工與企業績效的有效機制。
    本研究基於資訊科技業是屬於競爭激烈且人才極易流失的產業,故為能留住較優秀的人才,而且避免人才被挖角的現象產生,藉由EAP策略的導入,據以提高留住人才的可能性,便成為本研究所想要探討的方向。因此,為能深入瞭解在導入EAP策略之後,是否可以提升企業員工續留在企業服務的意願,本文透過公司導入EAP與留住人才的問卷調查方式蒐集資料,並且將資料作進一步的整理與分析。
    經由研究分析所得到的結果,其研究發現區分為下列幾點:1.升等或約聘轉正職是員工最認同的EAP之生涯規劃的方案;2.增加健康檢查頻率是員工最認同的EAP之人力管理的方案;3.公司的支援部門的員工對於導入EAP方案的認同度較事業群的員工為高;4.一般職員對於導入EAP方案的認同度較其他職稱的員工為高;5.人力管理政策的良窳會影響員工續留的意願。
