    Title: 新北市國民小學校長道德領導、教師組織承諾與 教師組織公民行為關係之研究
    A Study on the Relationship among Moral Leadership, Teachers’ Organizational Commitment, and Teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Public Elementary Schools in New Taipei City

    Abstract:   本研究旨在瞭解新北市國民小學校長道德領導、教師組織承諾與教師組織公民行為關係之現況,並分析不同背景變項之教師在知覺校長道德領導、教師組織承諾與教師組織公民行為之差異情形,以及探討三者間的關係,最後則藉由校長道德領導與教師組織承諾對教師組織公民行為進行預測。
      本研究採問卷調查法,以新北市之公立國民小學教師為母群體,共計抽樣42所學校,發出600份問卷,回收426份有效問卷,回收率達71%,可用問卷比率達94.60%。問卷調查結果採用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Games-Howell法、相關分析及多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。
      本研究獲致以下結論:
    一、新北市國民小學教師知覺校長道德領導之現況屬中上程度。
    二、新北市國民小學教師知覺教師組織承諾之現況屬中等程度。
    三、新北市國民小學教師表現教師組織公民行為之現況屬中上程度。
    四、新北市國民小學教師,因現任職務與學校規模的不同,對校長道德領導的知覺有顯著差異,以兼任主任之教師知覺程度較高,而學校規模在49班以上之教師知覺程度較低。
    五、新北市國民小學教師,因年齡、本校服務年資與學校規模的不同,在教師組織承諾上有顯著差異,以41至50歲、本校服務年資21年以上與學校歷史30至60年以上之教師表現程度較高。
    六、新北市國民小學教師,因現任職務與學校規模不同,在教師組織公民上有顯著差異,以兼任主任與學校規模30至60年以上之教師表現程度較高。
    七、新北市國民小學校長道德領導、教師組織承諾與教師組織公民行為,彼此之間呈現正向關係。
    八、新北市國民小學校長道德領導、教師組織承諾對教師組織公民行為具有預測作用,以「持續性承諾」的預測力最佳。
      最後,依據本研究之統計分析結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政機關、學校行政與未來研究參考。
    This study aims to investigate the status of moral leadership (ML), teachers’ organizational commitment (OC), and teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in public elementary schools in New Taipei City, furthermore, to analyze the differences of perceptions from different background teachers about ML, OC, and OCB, and to explore the relationship among these three variables. At last, to predict OCB by ML and OC.

    Questionnaire survey method was adopted, the population are teachers of public elementary schools in New Taipei City, the samples include 42 schools and 600 questionnaires were distributed. There were 426 valid questionnaires used finally in the statistic analysis, overall response rate is 71%, and effective response rate is 94.60%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Games-Howell test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression.
    The conclusions are as follows:
    1. Perceptions about ML from public elementary school teachers in New Taipei City is mid-high level.
    2. Perceptions about OC from public elementary school teachers in New Taipei City is mid level.
    3. Performance of OCB of public elementary school teachers in New Taipei City is mid-high level.
    4. Two background variables, position and scale of school, show significant differences in ML. Teachers work as the chief of department show higher perception about ML, and teachers from school which has 49 or more classes show lower perception about ML.
    5. Three background variables, age, serving years in school, and history of school, show significant differences in OC. Teachers are 41 to 50 years old, serving more than 21 years in school, and from 30 to 60 years school show higher perception about OC.
    6. Two background variables, position and history of school, show significant differences in OCB. Teachers work as the chief of department and from 30 to 60 years school show better performance of OCB.
    7. There is positive correlation among ML, OC, and OCB of public elementary school teachers in New Taipei City.
    8. Both of ML and OC of public elementary school teachers in New Taipei City have predictive effect on OCB, and continuance commitment has the highest predictive effect.
    Based on the results of the research, suggestions for the education administrative organizations, school administration, and future related research are proposed.
