    Abstract: 本研究乃以動態能耐觀點,觀察個案公司在外在環境變動時,如何獲取這些情報以及轉化為企業可用的知識,以及企業所採取的組織調整,相對應的策略擬定等。本研究以1.流程,2.路徑,3.位置三個構剖析個案公司的組織歷程以及策略分析。
    本研究的三個目的為,1.探討個案公司為應對外部環境變化如何調整架構與流程。2.探討個案公司為因應外部環境變化的研發策略之改變。3.綜合分析個案公司涵養動態能耐的過程。
    本研究採取個案研究法,透過訪談個案公司,了解組織發展歷程,以及面臨市場發生改變後,組織如何調整,並且做出前後比較。以了解此組織所涵養的動態能耐為何。
    本研究結論發現了個案公司鑲嵌動態能力的過程以及所保有的動態能力,並提出結論,做為個案公司參考以及未來發展依據。
