Abstract:	在校長生涯的每一個階段，如何提供實務和專業的訓練，這個校長專業能力培訓的架構，內容應該包括：成為一位校長的準備、校長的導入、校長工作的強化，增強新校長的技巧，提供經驗豐富之優良校長的分享機會，擴展新任校長們發展和伸展他們的能力。因此，本研究嘗試從師傅校長辦學經驗傳承模式之系統建構的探討來貢獻心力，首先，本研究從師傅校長辦學經驗傳承模式的學理基礎進行分析，瞭解師傅校長模式的內容及意義。其次，本研究將從師傅校長辦學經驗傳承模式的研究，探討校長在其工作生涯發展的每一個階段，如何提供實務和專業的訓練。再則，本研究建構師傅校長經驗傳承模式所應具備的指標，並探討這些指標的重要程度，作為國小校長培育課程建構師傅校長制度的分析架構。最後，歸納本研究的結果，提出結論與建議，期望能為我國國小校長培育課程之師傅校長辦學經驗傳承模式，發展出一套培育校長專業能力與校長專業發展的系統。
