    Abstract: 網路拍賣的市場無論是在國際或國內皆是蓬勃發展。為了建立買賣雙方間更完美 的交易環境與機制,並創造買賣雙方最大剩餘,業者必須在網路拍賣制度設計、 顧客信任、滿意度與忠誠等經營策略應用更加的用心。本計畫三年期主要是(一) 以賽局理論與認知失調理論為基礎,探討網路拍賣得標者認知失調之產生原因及 其影響程度,(二)以賽局中的拍賣理論為基礎,進行網路拍賣競標者之喊價策 略研究與拍賣理論之映證,藉以得出最適拍賣機制設計,(三)探討影響消費者 對拍賣網站整體滿意度與忠誠度的前置變數與可能的干擾變(如消費者網路競標 經驗)。本計畫預計整合賽局理論、認知失調理論、交易成本理論、顧客滿意度 理論與顧客忠誠理論為三年計畫的理論基礎,發展理論與實務應用並重之分析架 構,並進行實證分析。
