    Abstract: 超高齡社會的到來,為安養信託業務帶來巨大的發展機會與挑戰。本文以臺灣安養信託業務為研究對象,透過文獻回顧、資料分析等方法,深入探討安養信託業務的發展現況、面臨的困境,以及未來的建議方向。
    研究發現,儘管主管機關大力推動,銀行業者投入安養信託業務的意願仍然不高。主要原因包括:(1)安養信託業務非銀行主要業務,資源投入有限;(2)社會大眾對信託觀念認識不足;(3)安養信託業務獲利性低,銀行缺乏推動誘因。近年來,部分銀行業者推出「預開型安養信託」創新產品,透過降低進入門檻、優化收費方式、擴大投資運用範圍等舉措,提升安養信託的可及性與客戶吸引力。實證數據顯示,「預開型安養信託」已成為推動安養信託業務發展的主要動力。
    本研究運用PEST和SWOT分析模型,針對永豐銀行探討影響安養信託業務發展的有利因素和阻礙。臺灣人口高齡化、政府政策鼓勵和科技進步等外部環境因素,為安養信託創造了良好的發展機遇。而個案銀行業者則需要克服自身在市場知名度、產品功能、人才及數位化能力等方面的劣勢。本文提出四大發展策略建議,包括:專注發展目標客群、跨業務資源整合、市場擴大開發及流程標準化建設,並以永豐銀行為例,提出結合投資理財的安養信託創新業務模式。
    研究結論認為,安養信託業務在高齡社會中大有可為,關鍵是要以客戶需求為導向,打破產品疆界,借助金融科技創新提升服務價值,才能在日趨激烈的市場競爭中搶得先機。
    The arrival of a super-aged society brings enormous development opportunities and challenges for the elderly care trust business. This paper takes Taiwan's elderly care trust business as the research subject and conducts an in-depth exploration of its current development status, difficulties faced, and future recommendations through literature review and data analysis.
    The research finds that despite the strong promotion by the authorities, banks remain reluctant to engage in the elderly care trust business. The main reasons include: (1) elderly care trust is not the primary business of banks, resulting in limited resource allocation; (2) the public lacks understanding of the trust concept; (3) the elderly care trust business has low profitability, providing banks with little incentive. In recent years, some banks have launched innovative "pre-opened elderly care trust" products, which enhance the accessibility and attractiveness to customers by lowering entry barriers, optimizing fee structures, and expanding investment scopes. Empirical data shows that pre-opened elderly care trusts have become the main driving force for the development of the elderly care trust business.
    This study employs PEST and SWOT analysis models to explore the favorable factors and obstacles affecting the development of the elderly care trust business for a case bank. External environmental factors such as Taiwan's aging population, government policy encouragement, and technological advancement have created favorable development opportunities for elderly care trusts. However, the case bank needs to overcome its own disadvantages in market awareness, product functionality, talent, and digitalization capabilities. This paper proposes four development strategy recommendations, including: focusing on target customer groups, integrating cross-business resources, expanding market development, and standardizing process construction. It also presents an innovative elderly care trust business model that integrates investment and wealth management, using the case bank as an example.
    The research concludes that the elderly care trust business has great potential in an aging society. The key is to be customer-centric, break product boundaries, and leverage financial technology innovation to enhance service value, in order to gain a competitive edge in the increasingly fierce market competition.
