Abstract: | 本研究計畫將主軸置於戰後台灣的民主憲政,特別是人權發展,並進一步觀察不同年代文本有關人權概念、主張等側重之處,以及其間的演變軌跡。此外,作為整合型計畫的一環,本計畫除了自我執行的研究部分,主要是透過各子計畫間,包括資訊專家與人文學者,對研究產出持續「回饋-再反饋」的溝通過程,以進行相關之研究。 本計畫以《自由中國》、「雷震日記」(1950-1970 年代)、「台灣人權系列雜誌」(1984 年迄今)、《司改雜誌》(1990 年代迄今)等作為資料文本,希望藉此探究戰後不同年代台灣人權主張的發展。本計畫 嘗試透過電腦偵測協助擷取不同年代,個別關注的自由人權主張及概念。再配合專家的資料判讀以及歷史情境的觀察與分析,同時透過傳統歷史學研究與數位整理的結果互動,進一步藉此探究戰後台灣民主憲政下自由人權發展的問題,並釐清不同年代人權主張及其訴求重點。最終,整合有關研究經驗, 並藉此開發具效能且可穩定使用的資訊分析平台,後續提供其他研究者作公開開放使用。 The current project aims to explore the postwar constitutional democracy in Taiwan, especially in the development of human rights, further observing the concepts and advocates of human rights in different times, and the evolution tracks in between. In addition, the project is mainly through inter-sub- project, including IT specialists and humanities scholars that a communication process of “feedback-refeedback” for study outputs, and to conduct the relative studies. In the study, Free China, Lei Chen Diary (1950s - 1970s), Taiwan human rights series magazine (1984 to date), Judicial reform magazine (1990 to date), etc., as text data mining, hoping to explore the development of human rights in post-war Taiwan, and try to detect the concept and awareness of individual attention in different years by the computer. Furthermore, with expert interpretation and observation and analysis of the historical context, at the same time integrating the results of traditional historical study and digital outputs, thereby further exploring the issue of Taiwan's postwar democratic constitutional development, and to clarifying the evolution of human rights awareness. Finally, the project will integrate relevant study experiences, and develop a stable and effectiveness of the use of information analysis platform, providing the public and open use for others. |
