Abstract:	本計畫目的欲在不當黨產處理委員會所能提供資料之基礎下，配合徵集相關資料，整理與解讀分析，試圖掌握國民黨黨營事業在瓦斯產業這種以地方獨占經營的方式下，所形成之以瓦斯公司為中心的人事網絡、派系及利益分享結構等關係。 This study initially clarified the process of the government and the Kuomintang （KMT） party business involved in the LPG（Liquefied Petroleum Gas） industry and the natural gas industry, the profitability of the operation, the shareholding structure and the personnel network.
