The main purpose of this study was to develop a quantitative tmeasure for assess online counseling’s readiness, to understand the current status of domestic psychologists` readiness for online consultation. Moreover, the study alsot wanted to discuss whether there is a correlation between online consultation readiness and psychologists` self-efficacy.。This study adopted qualitative interviews and questionnaires. After the interviews, a self-woven "Online Consultation Readiness Scale" The study used snowball sampling to get 306 domestic licensed psychologists as the research objects. The obtained data were analyzed by exploratory factors analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way anova of variance and other methods for statistical analysis.
The results of the study found the following:
    1. The self-compiled "Communication Counseling Readiness Scale" has good construct validity and correlation validity. The internal consistency coefficient of the total scale is as high as .90, which shows that this scale is a measurement tool with good reliability and validity.
    2. After analyzing the scores of the subjects through statistical methods, the average score of the total scale is relatively low, which shows that domestic psychologists are slightly insufficient for online consultation. In addition, the results found that there are significant differences between the two subscales. After comparison, it can be seen that the score of "perceived benefit of the case" is higher than the score of "willingness to online consultation ", which shows that the psychologist has a higher degree of preparation for "perceived benefit of the case", but a lower degree of preparation for "willingness to conline consultation.
    3. This study explores the relationship between " online counseling readiness" and "psychologist self-efficacy" .Through the statistical results of Pearson`s differential correlation. The results of the study showed that both the online counseling readiness scale and the "Perceived Perceived Benefits of the Case" had a low correlation with self-efficacy. The results shows that: There is a significant correlation between online counseling’s readiness and self-efficacy.

Overall, the contribution of this study is to develop a online counseling readiness scale, provide a measurement tool for measuring online counseling readiness, and make relevant recommendations based on the results for reference by relevant units, psychologists, and future research.
