Abstract:	隨著臺灣高等教育的擴張，社會大眾、大學教師與學者對於整體大學生學習表現與素質已有許多批評與檢討，並開始強調學生學習的成效。過去，大學生學習成果往往被解讀為學生的用心與否或單方面學生的責任；近年，教育部與各校責開始關注到大學教師對於學生學習的教學責任與義務，最明顯的一個例子即為大學教師教學評鑑意見調查，透過學生的回饋，讓教師對教學成果負責並瞭解自己教學表現的優缺。此外，教育部教學卓越計畫的推行及各校教學發展中心的成立，也凸顯了臺灣對於過去高等教育重研究、輕教學的批評，試圖加以修正。
