    Abstract: 有別於傳統投資顧問，理財機器人係透過線上問卷取得客戶資料後以演算法得出投資建議，過程中全無或極少人力參與，因而能提供費用低廉的資產管理服務，故此種理財方式逐漸受到歡迎且成長快速。理財機器人因近年來人工智慧（AI）、大數據運用技術之發展越趨成熟，儼然成為AI應用於金融領域的成功範例，可說為金融科技成長最快速的產業之一，而此種新興產業對傳統的投資建議傳送模式已造成相當大的衝擊。該新興產業營運上與傳統投資顧問方式迥異，此種新興理財方式是否對既有法規之適用產生衝擊？相關法規是否依其特性而應予調整？皆為疑問。本文擬以探討前揭問題為中心，並簡要評論我國理財機器人現況與未來發展。
