| Abstract: | 隨著時代變遷，加上台灣少子化的趨勢，許多家庭把寵物視為家庭成員，使得寵物地位逐漸提升。由於寵物沒有類似於全民健康保險的制度，且其醫療費用高昂，因此衍生出寵物保險的需求。本研究分析國內外寵物保險商品的由來與現況，並整理出台灣寵物保險商品的類型，將台灣的寵物保險分為寵物綜合保險與附加條款，針對其做SWOT分析。且依據投保身分以及保障項目對目前市面上之寵物保險做比較，本研究將市面上之寵物保險依據年保費分為兩大區間，且分別舉出兩種以及六種情境，給予消費者挑選寵物保險推薦建議，接著加入財團法人金融消費評議中心之申請評議案件及比率統計給予產險業者總體建議。最後本研究設計並發放問卷，以了解現行消費者對寵物保險的看法，來提供現行產險公司發覺潛在顧客之建議。
With the changes of the times, many families regard pets as family members, which gradually improves the status of pets. Since pets do not have a system similar to National Health Insurance, and their medical expenses are high, the demand for pet insurance is derived. This research first sorts out the types of pet insurance products in Taiwan, and then does a SWOT analysis. Second, compare the pet insurance on the market based on the identity type and benefit package, and refer to the complaint statistics of the Financial Ombudsman Institution to give general recommendations to the Insurance companies. Finally, this study conducted a thorough investigation of pet insurance market, to provide current property insurance companies with suggestions for finding potential customers. |
