Abstract:	近二十年間，中國崛起，周邊區域及國家的生產優勢失去，大陸成為世界主要生產製造的舞台，台灣也從來料加工生產製造出口，轉型成服務導向，貿易為主的國家，在國際地位不明確的情形下，有更佳的中立性，也讓台灣與世界成了另類的接軌，精緻農業，精密機械，半導體及光電產業都脫離勞力密集的產業，2000年在中國加入WTO之後，台商更是在對岸大展身手，充分的運用區域性的優勢，將國際的訂單，在大陸或其他國家生產轉單方式，得到大廠的信賴，依然在全球排列前茅，策略就是運用最少的資源，獲得最大化的利益。本論文主要以亞通集團為個案，根據綜效的優劣勢分析，在資源分享，協調能力，及共用分享上尋找合作的機會跟創造商機，並且透過垂直整合及調整協調機制的方式，優化流程，互相運用優勢降低邊際成本，試圖找出兩倆合作的空間，優化企業經營的綜效。
