    摘要: 因應全球暖化所帶來的負面衝擊,減少溫室氣體排放及能源消耗已成為各國當前與未來的發展及施政重點。其中,提升運輸部門的能源效率逐漸已成為節能減碳的重要課題。而電動車能有效節能減碳之運具,其單位公里能量消耗、二氧化碳排放量分別為汽油引擎車輛的 1/3、1/4。在此特性下,電動車隨著電池及電動技術之進展已成為各國積極推展之措施。究竟影響民眾支持電動公車政策關鍵因素為何? 實值得加以探討。
    本研究採便利抽樣問卷方式,發放對象為搭乘電動公車的民眾,以及本研究生之學程前後3屆同學、職場集團關係企業同事,共回收問卷363 份,探討影響民眾支持電動公車政策關鍵因素,研究結果顯示電動公車的性能、服務品質、及環保效益對民眾政策支持有正向影響效果;民眾所抱持的環保意向對政策支持亦具有正向影響之效果。
    In response to the negative impact of global warming, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption has become one of national policy priorities; Reducing carbon usage by improving energy efficiency in transportation has become an important issue .The electric car can effectively reduce carbon emissions as a vehicle, as its unit kilometer energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions were respectively 1/3 and 1/4 of fossil fuel vehicles. Because of this function, electric cars, along with the development of electric battery and technology, have been a measure that has been actively promoted in every country. However, due to some limitations, such as price, endurance problem, charging problem and other factors, the promotion has been going slow. As of electric bus, because its characteristics are quite different than private vehicle and it has an amount of subsidy funded by the government, the easier it is to break through these limitations. However, the past researches on electric vehicles focus more on small cars and motorcycles, not on electric buses.
    Based on the background above, the research employs Ordered Logistic Regression Analysis to structure the key factors that affect the public support the policy of the electric bus. The result of the potential user model shows that the performance, the sever quality, and environmental benefits of the electric bus significant positive affects the public support the policy of the electric bus. Beside, the public`s environmental protection intention also significant positive affects the public support the policy of the electric bus.
