Title:	以模糊層級分析法建構臺灣行動商務服務架構

Abstract:	本研究擬從消費者的角度，透過模糊層級分析法（FAHP）來建立適合我國發展之行動商務服務架構。本研究依據日本NTT Do CoMo 之服務內容架構為基礎，將行動商務服務項目區分為「娛樂類」、「交易類」、「資料庫類」及「資訊類」，再配合目前行動商務之相關文獻，制定出初步行動商務服務架構。本研究流程首先藉由開放式問卷，修正原先之行動商務服務架構，其次透過專家問卷與Borda’sFunction 來簡化行動商務服務項目，最後透過FAHP 來得知顧客對各項行動商務項目的偏好權重，並藉以建構適合台灣發展之行動商務服務架構。研究結果發現，「餐飲指南」及「演藝界資訊」服務，格外受到受訪者之重視，此發現可供我國行動商務廠商加以利用，以創造出更符合我國發展之行動商務服務。
