    Title: 企業轉型與升級之研究-以半寶石業者為例

    Abstract: 中國大陸自改革市場開放之後,吸引了許多外資企業到當地投資。外資企業
    無不看中中國大陸潛在的內需市場,以及政府所提供眾多的優惠政策與免稅等誘 因,加上當地人力成本低廉,因此是許多需要密集生產的產業的新市場。大陸改 革開放之時,正是台灣經濟高速發展的年代後期,台灣經濟正面臨萎縮與泡沫化 的潛在危機。在面臨台灣市場經濟前景變化莫測的時期,許多台資企業也決定西 進中國大陸,企圖在新市場中分杯羹,持續創造高峰。其中,半寶石業者也看中 潛在市場與優勢,決定西進中國大陸。雖然西進大陸的廠商如過江之鯽,至今仍 存活的台灣半寶石業者卻不多,本研究探討以代工起家的一家台灣半寶石業者, 進入大陸後如何進行不同階段的轉型與升級,以能生存和持續創造利潤。
    透過資料分析,本研究發現企業的轉型與升級動作,與外部環境息息相關, 同時企業所掌握的資源,將會影響每一階段的轉型與升級,唯有妥善運用本身優 勢才能成功。此外,若企業尋求轉型與升級卻缺乏資源之時,可以透過引進外部 支援,並且跳脫原產業思維模式,適時的引進技術,帶領企業順利轉型與升級。 其中,每一段的轉型與升級都離不開企業經營者的企圖心,唯有長遠的眼光與佈 局,才能夠讓企業持續成長與獲利。
