    Title: 提升商業銀行高淨值資產客戶財富管理業務經營績效的研究

    Abstract: 由於高資產客群正穩定成長,發展高端客群財管業務的提升,是銀行未來獲利的新藍海。業者銷售模式不斷的修正與創新,持續尋求提升績效的方法。本研究從過去文獻及個案研究中,探討提升業務拓展的影響因素,業者務必要強化專業人才的培養與金融產品創新的能力,才能取得客戶的信任與青睞。而要增加客戶忠誠度是要靠強度的客戶關係維繫,品牌形象則是影響客戶選擇財管銀行重要的考量,就行銷策略來說,市場區隔採差異化經營與需求導向的銷售是客戶較能接受的模式。從財管業者由內而外全面性質化的提升,才能迎接新商機。
    個案研究以C銀行為例,採策略態勢分析法找出提升績效最有利的關鍵因素,透過SWOT矩陣分析擬出四種組合策略來充分發揮優勢掌握機會及規避劣勢及威脅。在專家訪談部分,第一類是以實際高端客戶的需求面為重點,了解客戶對財管業務的各種面向的需求順序 ; 第二類是以管理者的角度來經營策略主軸的方向 ; 第三類是以績優理財人員的角度,以他們實際經驗來看銷售流程上的需求與所需資源。
    綜合本研究分析與專家訪談整理,針對高資產客群經營發展上有下列幾點建議藉以提昇財富管理業務的深度與廣度,以供銀行推展財富管理業務時之參酌:
    1、積極提升自身的專業能力才能因應未來趨勢2、市場區隔差異化行銷來拓展高資產客群需求3、找回財管業務的新價值,重視客戶權益與強化客戶間信任4、強化產品創新及面對法令變革以尋找新商機5、整合集團資源或與異業的結合體現財管業務差異化。
    As the high-asset customer base is growing steadily, the development of high-end customer group financial management is a new blue ocean for banks to profit in the future. The industry`s sales model is constantly being revised and innovated, and it continues to seek ways to improve performance. This study explores the influencing factors of business development from past literature and case studies. It is necessary for the industry to strengthen the cultivation of professional talents and the ability of financial product innovation to gain the trust and favor of customers. To increase customer loyalty is to rely on strong customer relationship, brand image is an important consideration for customers to choose financial management bank. As far as marketing strategy is concerned, market segmentation adopts differentiated operation and demand-oriented sales is customer comparison. Acceptable mode. From the comprehensive and qualitative improvement of the financial management industry from the inside out, we can meet new business opportunities.
    Case study takes C Bank as an example. The strategy situation analysis method is used to find out the most favorable factors to improve performance. Through the SWOT matrix analysis, four combination strategies are proposed to give full play to the advantages and grasp the disadvantages and threats. In the expert interview section, the first category focuses on the demand side of the actual high-end customers, and understands the customer`s various demand-oriented order of the financial management business; the second category is the direction of the business strategy spindle from the perspective of the manager; The class is based on the perspective of the top-notch financial staff, and based on their actual experience, the demand and resources required in the sales process.
    Based on the analysis of this research and the interviews with experts, the following suggestions are proposed for the development of high-asset customer groups to enhance the depth and breadth of the wealth management business, so that banks can consider the wealth management business:
    1. Actively improve your professional ability to respond to future trends
    2. Market segmentation differentiates marketing to expand demand for high-asset customer groups
    3. Recovering the new value of the financial management business, attaching importance to customer rights and strengthening trust between customers
    4. Strengthen product innovation and face legal changes to find new business opportunities
    5. Integrating group resources or combining with different businesses reflects the differentiation of financial management business.
