Abstract: | 台灣民眾購買新成屋之後,大約花費總房屋成交價的5-10%購買家具。排除豪宅買家的高端消費者,一般首購族大多自行在家具行、網路商店比價、挑選、規劃,過程費時又費力。然而近年來台灣市場年輕世代對於居住品質的重視度越來越高,在追求方便實惠的家具之餘,往往也期待能有整體性的搭配,營造居家風格。有鑑於以上背景介紹,本研究希望探討如何透過新科技,將虛擬實境應用於家具業,將過去消費者向建商、代銷公司買屋後,自行裝潢與購買家具的模式打破。讓消費者能在購屋、置辦家具的過程得到一條龍的服務,打造家具販售的新商業模式,創造家具商、房屋代銷公司、購屋民眾更簡單快速的三贏解決方案。
本研究先透過文獻探討和個案訪談了解家具業的概況和家具業內的業主對於現況家具業的觀點,再透過PEST分析、五力分析、SWOT分析等模型,了解本研究之範例「A公司」在市場中的定位與競爭優勢劣勢。最後整合與分析個案A公司的各種資源,以商業模式九宮格的形式,得出新商業模式的可行性。 People in Taiwan usually spend about 5-10% of the total house price as the furniture budget when they buy a new house. Except the high-end consumers, the majority of the first-time house buyers plan their furniture lists and budget by themselves and purchase furniture in both offline and online stores. However, the decision making process always wastes time.
In the recent years, the young generation in Taiwan cares about the quality of living environment, and they eager to have affordable and fashionable home style. In this study, we will discuss about the possibility that if we can apply virtual reality technology to furniture supply chain, and how we can create a new business model that provides more convenient service to customer and deliver a simpler and faster win-win solution for furniture vendors, house agency companies, and costumers.
This study used literature and case study to better understand the insight about furniture industry. Based on PEST analysis, five-force analysis, SWOT analysis models, we defined Inc. A’s market competitive advantage. In the end, we use Business Model Canvas to show Inc. A’s new business model. |
