    Abstract: 目前台灣的醫學美容市場已經過度飽和,而中國大陸則對高端醫學美容項目有供不應求的情形。為了開拓中國大陸的客源,政府方面自2012年開放中國大陸旅客辦理醫學美容簽證,而企業方面一則赴陸並經營醫學美容機構;二則當中間人引進台灣的醫生短期赴陸進行高技術類的手術項目。本研究擬以個案研究的方式分析台灣企業在台灣以及在大陸經營醫學美容機構的經營策略,並對相關產業未來的發展方向提出相關建議。
