Abstract:	二四(民國九十三)年十一月三、四日,證券交易所專員張寬至勁永公司實施例外管理之實地查核業務,而知悉勁永公司因涉嫌與子公司進行假交易遭證交所查核。張寬掌握此「涉嫌作假帳」消息後,自行利用人頭戶分別於同年月十五日、十二月一日及二五年一月五日放空勁永股票共七十五張,爾後於二四年十二月二十二日函送「勁永公司例外管理專案報告」查核結果予行政院金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局。在函送之前亦已將此消息洩漏給林宏及古銘知悉,而林宏再將此消息轉知林達,此一禿鷹集團四人便開始為放空行為。
