    Abstract: 隨著網路的興起、智慧型裝置的普遍,一開始局限於傳統零售業的變革,已經悄悄透過電子商務產業革命擴散到保守的金融業,近年來蔚為潮流的金融科技(Fintech)一詞,也逐漸在金融業,尤其銀行業發酵;而面對各種電子支付方式的發展,及中國帶來的第三方支付熱潮,國內很多金控或銀行業者也意識到要抓住年輕一群的消費者,紛紛投資建置台灣特色的第三方支付,但卻成效普普,終歸究原因,無非是國內購物環境或消費者獲得金融服務的機會遠大於對岸,因此第三方支付與購物網站之間行銷模式的探討,便是本研究發想的重點。
    With the rise of the Internet and the widespread use of smart devices, it was initially confined to changes in the traditional retail industry. It has quietly spread through the e-commerce industry revolution to the conservative financial industry. In recent years, “ Fintech” has become a trend in the financial industry, especially the banking industry; Facing the development of various electronic payment methods, and the third-party payment craze brought by China, many banks in Taiwan are also aware of the need to seize a young group of consumers. Investing in building third-party payment has been ineffective, Since the domestic shopping environment or consumers have more opportunities to access other financial services than the ones in China. Therefore, the discussion on“the marketing model between third-party payment and shopping websites” is the focus of this study.
