    摘要: 本研究旨在了解不同於傳統教室環境情境的網路虛擬學習社群「全民學校」參與者之特徵與參與動機,透過文獻探討、線上問卷調查、觀察及小組焦點訪談,探究其網路學習動機與觀察分析學習者的行為特質,並依觀察所見,提出提升參與學習動機之應用建議,作為經營虛擬學習社群網上教學的參考依據。
    When learning/teaching space becomes virtual, e-learners’ online learning activities and motives are worth to be studied. In this study, the focus is on the participants of the School for All, a virtual learning community. After observing e-learners and collecting data through focus group interviews and online-questionnaire, we can understand e-learners` characteristics, internet usages and participant motives. Based on the research findings, we hope to provide useful information to improve online learning for the virtual community.
