As science and technology are advancing rapidly, to develop a network education platform is an important part in e-learning environments. In Internet environment, there exist a lot of different types of network education platform according to different demands of users. This research aims at comparing with current network education platforms to find their difference. By way of questionnaire investigation, this study also evaluates the acceptance of those network education platforms from statistics views.Further, we discuss what functions and characteristics are required in network education platform, which can provide basis for developing network education platform. This research mainly analyses three network education platforms as templates. There are Inter-Wise Platform, MOODLE Network Education Platform, and Adaptive Mobile Learning After understanding three above platforms, 76 teachers from middle and primary schools provide their opinions about those network education platforms by filling in internet questionnaires. This research uses the simple linear regression and bivariate distribution to investigate the acceptance of those three platforms, and discovers the essential functions in a successful network education platform. According to the result of investigation, the functions, which are Automatic Push Mechanism, Interaction Mechanism, and Large Scale Conferencing, are most essential for users.
