    Title: 學生個人因素與鑲嵌因素對研討會訊息傳遞意願之影響

    Abstract: 本研究旨在從學生的個人因素以及學生與系所的鑲嵌因素來探討學生對系所研討會訊息傳遞意願的影響。本研究以臺灣地區的研究生為對象,發放問卷至六所大學校院,共取得有效問卷203份,採用結構方程模式分析研究變項之間的關係。結果指出,當學生過去參加研討會的感覺是充實、有收穫時,對於系所傳來的研討會訊息較會關心,進而較願意將此訊息傳遞給他人;若學生本身具有熱心蒐集資訊與提供他人所需知識的特質時,則當他收到系所傳來的研討會訊息時,會較為關注,同時亦會將此訊息告知他人。當系所與學生間有多元暢通的溝通管道,且彼此能夠互相信任、尊重並擁有共同認知時,將有助於學生與系所間建立良好的互動關係,進而較願意幫助其系所將研討會訊息傳遞給他人。此外,本研究也發現,當學生對研討會訊息關注的程度愈高或學生與系所間的關係互動愈好時,則其傳遞研討會訊息的意願亦愈高。
    research variables. The empirical results of this study are following. For students` personal factors, if a student has had plentiful and cheerful experiences of joining conferences, when he/she receives the conference message from his/her department, he/she will be moreinterested in the message, and then will be glad to forward the message to others. In addition, a student with a character of market maven also will be glad to forward the message to others. For students` embedded factors, when students and their department have multiple connecting accesses, mutual trust and consensus, there will be a great interactive relationship between them, and in turn, students will have high intentions to forward the message from their department to others. Moreover, students will have high intentions to forward the message from their department to others if they interested in the message or they have great interactive relationship with their department.
