    Title: 學校行政倫理與教育領導關係之探究

    Abstract: 學校辦學須以「行政倫理、集體領導、整體帶動」的領導理念發展校務,共創優質校園,結合四輪傳動的思維,藉由「行政團隊」和「教師隊伍」做為前輪,「、區資源」和「家長支持」做為后輪,共同乘載「學習成長」的孩子,以雁行理論的集體領導的理念推動著轉軸,讓領導團隊促使教育生機再活化,創意教學再實現.教育本質就是教育倫理,教育本身就是目的,透過學校行政實踐道德教育,就能確保教育的目的性和合理性.沒有學校行政倫理教育領導是空的;沒有教育領導學校行政倫理是盲的.因此,教育領導須以學校行政倫理為基礎內涵;學校行政倫理須以教育領導為導向,彼此具有相互依存關系.同時,經由學校行政倫理「改變-轉變-應變-蛻變」的領導歷程,改變同儕教師的思維,轉變孩子學習的觀念,應變時代潮流的發展,開拓國際交流,實施「同課異構教學」蛻變創意教學內涵,展現領導契機,延續過去「實驗小學」的招牌(signboard)形塑現在優質學校的品牌(brand),再創未來靈性卓越的名牌(nameplate),共創優質的校園倫理與績效領導.
