    Abstract: 第一章緒論，係就基本概念加以闡述，說明資本支出之重要性及其間題構成與處理過程，以及不確定性對資本支出計劃之影響。第二章不確定性之分析：（一）不確定性之本質及其因素（二）衡量之方法（三）分析的重要性（四）降低不確定性之方法。第三章缺乏機率資料情況下之決策：（一）悲觀準尺（二）樂觀準尺（三）Laplace準尺（四）Sarage準尺（五）Hurwicz準尺內強勢原則。第四章，具有機率資料情況下之決策：（一）機率理論之運用（二）風險性之衡量（三）確定等值法之運用（四）折扣率調整法之運用田期望效用法之運用的決策樹之運用。第五章，特殊問題之考慮：（一）組合效果（二）廢置價值。第六章結論。
