    Title: 台北市女性惠顧美容保養專門店之消費行為研究

    Abstract: 摘要
    本研究以台北市15~55歲的女性為研究對象,進行問卷調查,藉以分別了解意見領袖互異群,使用程度互異群,在惠顧美容保養專門店時,各種不同區隔下消費者的生活型態變數、消費來源、評估準則、人口統計變數等的特徵,以供廠商擬定行銷策略的參考。
    運用因素分析、區別分析,變異數分析,以及卡方檢定等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現:
    1. 意見領袖社交較活躍、滿意生活現狀、個性大方、喜歡流行、追求吸引力、重視外表、留意美容保養的資訊、決策果斷、行為獨立。其消息來源以電視、雜誌、美容美髮師為主;而評估準則重視美容保養店的知名度、服務態度、格調氣氛。在人口統計變數方面「婚姻狀況」、「工作性質」有顯著差異。
    2. 三個使用程度群中,重度使用程度群社交較活躍、滿意、生活現狀、個性大方;中度使用程度群則較重視外表,會主動搜尋美容保養資訊;輕度使用程度群對價格較敏感。三個使用程度群在消息來源、評估準則上有顯著差異;在人口統計變數方面則未具有顯著的差異。
    3. 美容保養專門店普遍的消息來源為口碑,而普遍的評估準則為乾淨衛生、美容師技術、服務態度。
