Abstract:	本研究乃著眼於近年來汽車業廠商紛紛渡海至大陸尋找合作廠商的情況，探討理想的台灣廠與母公司及大陸廠的良好合作模式，從合作有關各方間的策略目的衝突的大小程度來找出台灣廠赴大陸投資的理想合作模式，研究的前提假設如下：
