    Abstract:   解嚴後,勞資爭議事件頻傳,使得勞資關係的研究,成為學者關注的焦點。固內學者對勞資關係之研究,以解構政府於勞資關係中所施行之作為為其主要的研究課題,或由勞動法學之角度切入,解析解嚴後紛亂的勞資關係現象。本研究由另一角度進行探討─以企業個體著手,設法藉由企業經營特性之釐清,瞭解台灣勞資關係運作之特性與試圖解釋型塑其勞資關係運行之因素。
