    Abstract:   由於涉及統計技術層面的影響,勞動統計制度在研究勞工相關問題的領域中,一直是相當受人忽略的一環。然而在研究勞工問題的同時,我們卻都會時常引用到勞動統計的數據來說明、解釋,或進一步探討和發現勞工問題的本質,及其存在數字背後中所蘊含的意義;因此,勞動統計制度的完備性和周延性;統計數字的精確度和代表性運動,在我們研究勞工問題的同時也應該加以重視。惟有參考具代表性和完備性的勞動統計指標,在深入探討勞動情勢時所獲得的結論才能夠真正的解決勞工問題。
