Abstract:	自民國76年起，國內環境急速地變化，使得廠商受到相當程度的衝擊，為了因應此一環境的變化，廠商乃紛紛地向外尋求投資機會，以利其未來的繼續成長。因此本研究的主要目的在於：1.瞭解製造業赴東南亞投資的原因、目的及主要考量因素。2.探討產業別、公司規模與海外投資之相關程度。3.瞭解企業赴海外投資與原生產項目之相關性與比率。4.探討不同風險情況下較可行之海外投資方式。5.瞭解企業赴海外投資所面臨的困難與政府的輔助程度。
