    摘要: 台灣教會界「小組化」的熱潮，不可諱言的是全球化趨勢下的結果。這一套組織架構與體系是由新加坡所引進，在台灣生根發芽，並帶來教會在信徒人數上的增長。透過對個案教會所做的實地觀察與訪談，以了解這一套組織架構對台灣的教會產生了什麼影響？
    Obviously the "cell-groups" wave of the church community in Taiwan is the result of globalization. Adopted from Singapore, the frame structure and system of the "cell-groups" take root and develop, thus increasing the numbers of devotees. Through case study on "cell-groups" church by observation and interview, we will understand the impact of this frame structure on churches in Taiwan.
