    Title: 組織因素、使用者因素與人力網站服務品質之關係研究

    Abstract: 本研究的目的為探討與人力網站服務品質相關的課題,即瞭解求才廠商(人力網站使用者)對於人力網站的滿意度、組織因素與使用者因素對於總滿意度、各項服務品質的滿意度及重要性評量的影響狀況、以及不同的服務品質衡量方式(單題分數與組合加權平均分數)對於總滿意度的預測情況。本研究以104人力銀行為對象,整理其過去一年客戶服務的資料,並訪談該網站的客戶服務人員,形成本研究問卷,問卷發放2566份給104人力銀行之求才廠商使用者,回收1141份有效問卷,問卷回收率為44.46%。
