Title:	船舶保險承保範圍之研究

Abstract:	我國海運事業，稽諸古籍，可遠溯春秋戰國時代，借以歷代海運，悉由官營，民間且有海上通番之禁，是以我國海運雖起源甚早，且兼有一萬一千餘公里之海岸線，但海運事業並不發達，迨至政府播遷不全，為厚植國力，遂大力發展國際貿易，從而帶動海運事業之發展，時勢所起，與國除貿易，海運事業具有密初關係之海上保險，亦日重要，但我國之保險制度，既先由外國傳入，後又乏研究改進，以致現今海上保險，仍完全仿英美制度，並直接使用英文保險單，從而使海上保險大權旁落外籍經紀人之手，不僅增高保險本，且無法發展一套適合我國需要之保險系統與制度，誠為憾事，因而，如何研究吸收先進國的理論與經驗再配合我國的需要，形成一套適應我國環境的制度，當屬迫切且極具意義之工。
