Title:	台北市立國民小學教師參與學校行政決定意願之研究

Abstract:	「作決定」是學校行政的中心功能，在學校行政上有其重要性。然而學校行政決定的品質是否完美，則有賴於教師的參與；同時決定後之方案能不能執行則端視教師是否接受該決定而定。如果校長所作之決定已經充分容納教師的意見，教師當然無反對意見，個個均能貢獻其智慧，則預訂方案必能順利執行，發揮最高的效能和效率。
