    摘要: 由於房地產一直被視為經濟體中的火車頭工業,如果房地產市場看好,使得建商增加房屋供給,對建材、工人的需求提升,將有助於帶動國內的景氣,因此政府有必要介入房地產市場,也許是採取直接的租稅政策,或是間接的由擴張性的政府政策刺激景氣進而帶動房屋市場熱絡。因此在完全預期的前提下,本文將Blanchard (1981)的模型加以引申,用這個一般均衡模型來探討政府政策的宣告效果,對經濟體系中產出及房價的最適調整路徑。
