    Abstract: 鑑於進來研究知識風潮的興起,本研究特別從過去學者的研究中找出知識管理的相關文獻並予以整理,推演出一個知識活動管理的整體性架構。並嘗試與人力資源管理的作法相結合,為不同的知識活動設計出相對應的人力資源策略。
