    Title: 校長分布式領導、團隊信任對學校效能影響之研究
    The Study of Influence of Principal Distributed Leadership and Team Trust on School Effectiveness.

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討校長分布式領導、團隊信任與學校效能關係。研究方
    法為文獻探討與問卷調查法。研究對象為臺北市公立國民中學教師,共發出596份問卷,有效問卷465份,可用率達78%。問卷回收後分別以因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、及多元迴歸分析方法進行研究。根據研究結果與分析後歸納之結論如下:

    一、臺北市公立國中教師對校長分布式領導、團隊信任與學校效能的知覺程度整體而言屬中高程度,其整體表現有一定水準。
    二、不同背景因素的教師知覺校長分布式領導、團隊信任及學校效能整體及各層面的程度有差異。
    三、校長分布式領導、團隊信任與學校效能之間存在正相關。
    四、校長分布式領導、團隊信任對學校效能有顯著的預測力,其中以「認知信任」的預測力最高。
    五、團隊信任在校長分布式領導對學校效能的影響上具有中介效果。

    最後,本研究依據研究結果分別提出以下建議
    一、對教育行政主管機關的建議
    (一)規劃分布式領導的進修課程,以深化校長分布式領導的理念與特質。
    (二)增能領域召集人的課程與教學領導角色,重視專業學習社群的運作。
    (三)重視行政人才的培育,提升專業領導素養,營造團隊信任氛圍。
    二、對學校校長的建議
    (一)運用校長分布式領導之理念,營造信任和諧的校園文化。
    (二)善用增能賦權的分布式領導策略,鼓勵組織專業學習社群。
    (三)重視行政人才的培育,促進學習型的組織氛圍之提升。
    三、對學校教師的建議
    (一)主動參與學校專業學習社群,提升教師專業能力。
    (二)重視教師自身的教育使命感,發揮學校最大的效能。
    (三)強調以學生學習為核心的專業成長,營造學習型組織的學校氛圍。
    四、對未來研究建議
    分別就研究對象、研究變項及研究方法等方面,對未來的研究提出建議。
