    Abstract: 箕子從一雙筷子中看出了國運,顯然筷子是更高級的工具。這年頭,歐風美雨把許多事情的本質都弄混淆了,就拿吃飯來說,好像非得拿刀叉吃飯才能標記自己文明、表征社會進步?據統計,全球人口中,以手進食者占最多數,從非洲、西亞、印度到東南亞,多數人用手直接取食。歐美 地區的人原本也是如此, 無論麵包、 香腸,用手抓了以後就往嘴里送。英語至今保留“from hand to mouth ” (從手到嘴) 的說法, 意思是說一個人收人有限, 僅能做到找東西糊口, 講究點的事就免談了。
