    摘要: Internet service is an important method of providing and using information in the future. However, it also brings some problems of digital divide. As public libraries are people`s university through their Internet sere vices, the problem of digital divide might be reduced. The study was conducted by literature review, and survey of the Internet services of the public libraries in Taiwan. At last, the preliminary model of public libraries Internet service measurement was proposed from the result.
